The conference kicks off on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 10:00AM CT and ends on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 1:00PM CT.

Yes, there are two (2) different group rates if your company sends four or more attendees. The early bird group rate (4+ from same company) is $1,849 per person and is available until April 4, 2025. The standard group rate is $2,349 per person and is available from April 5 to May 23, 2025. For more details, visit our Pricing page.

Payment is due at the time of registration. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover until registration closes on May 23, 2025. All payments must be received by May 23, 2025, to gain access to the event. Tickets must be purchased prior to the event – no payments will be allowed on site.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@modelnrainmaker.com. Applicable refunds will be processed based on the time and date the request was submitted:

• Full refund: Cancellation notices must be received by 11:59 PM PT on Friday, April 4, 2025.
• 50% refund: Cancellation notices must be received between 12:00 AM PT on Saturday, April 5, 2025, and 11:59 PM PT on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
• No refunds will be processed for cancellation notices received after 12:00 AM PT on Thursday, May 8, 2025.

Yes, the Explorer pass gives you full access to all Rainmaker keynotes, general sessions, workshops, and the Partner Pavilion, as well as the Giveback Initiative activity, Welcome Reception, Rainmaker Awards, including the Reception and After Party, and all meals.

The Partner Pavilion will be open to everyone during the following times:

• Wednesday, May 28: 5:00pm-6:00pm
• Thursday, May 29: 8:00am-9:00am, 10:30am-11:00am; 11:45am-1:00pm; 2:35pm-3:00pm, 4:35pm-5:30pm, 6:00pm-8:00pm
• Friday, May 30: 8:00am-9:00am; 10:35am-11:00am

Yes. Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with hotel reservation instructions for the Rainmaker group rate. The confirmation email will include a reservation link to reserve your hotel room. Rooms are available at a cost of $299 per night. To make your hotel reservations over the phone, please contact the hotel at +1 512-474-4777. Please make sure you register for the conference prior to making your hotel reservations.

You may cancel your room without penalty up to 2 days prior to your arrival date.

We have added time to the standard breaks to allow mothers to return to their rooms, if necessary. For additional accommodations within your private hotel room, please contact us at info@modelnrainmaker.com.

We have added time to the standard breaks to allow attendees to return to their private guest rooms for religious observances. The hotel concierge will be available to provide a list of local churches, synagogues, temples, and mosques. Please be prepared to show a photo ID to pick up your conference name badge.

Conference attendees are required to wear their badges at all times. If you lose yours, please return to the registration counter for a new one. Please note that a $100 fee will apply for lost or replacement badges.

Only registered attendees are allowed to attend the Rainmaker sessions. If you’d like to a bring a guest for any of the evening events, please contact us at info@modelnrainmaker.com for further details.

We suggest business casual for the conference.

Weather in Austin is usually warm and can be humid. It is always a good idea to dress in layers as meeting rooms tend to be cool.
