Diversity and AI can address the semiconductor skills crisis

Gloria Kee, Vice President of Product Management at Model N, discusses the semiconductor industry’s skills shortage, sharing her belief that manufacturers, partners and vendors need to work together to develop new talent through educational programs, internships and apprenticeships, with a particular focus on diversity.
