The California-headquartered tech company has launched its new product-innovation centre in the City
Model N, the California-headquartered technology, data and analytics services company, has launched a new product-innovation facility in the city of Hyderabad.
The Company that primarily serves pharmaceutical and medical technology firms plans to invest heavily in India and towards developing the talent pool available in Hyderabad.
The Centre covers more than 70,000 sq ft and is capable of accommodating 500 employees.
The facility was inaugurated by Jayesh Ranjan, principal secretary, IT and industries.
The Company helps life sciences and high-tech innovators streamline operations, scale in a strategic manner and handle risks. It also ready is associated with 28 global life sciences brands and 14 global semiconductor brands.
Jason Blessing is the president and chief executive officer of Model N.
The Hyderabad centre is key to the Company’s global operations and aims to keep expanding its pool of engineering talent.
Roche Pharma has also set up a Global Analytics and Technology Centre of Excellence (GATE) in Hyderabad, which will offer innovative data-driven solutions. This is the second such centre for the Company in India.
This GATE centre in the City will develop data science and advanced analytics related capabilities for Roch Pharma in Hyderabad. In the future, it will expand its offerings to include forecasting, data management, DevOps, and so on.
Last week, Infor, the US-based ERP solutions company also announced the launch of its new development centre at Hyderabad’s Hitech City. Clearly, Hyderabad is attracting a lot of global companies and is becoming a hub of opportunities for Indian youth.
