Bret Connor joined Model N in January 2025 as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Model N, Bret served as the Chief Operating Officer at athenahealth, a $2.4B SaaS platform for medical practices. During his tenure at athenahealth, Bret helped take the company private, executed strategic M&A, recapitalized the company with a $17B valuation, and achieved a #1 NPS ranking.
Prior to athenahealth, Bret was an executive at VMware, where he led their Professional Services business in the Americas. In addition to his technology leadership roles, Bret was a consulting leader at McKinsey & Company, specializing in high-tech business transformations. He also held roles at Goldman Sachs, Commerzbank AG, and Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett.
Bret received his BA in Economics at the University of Chicago and earned his MBA at Harvard Business School. He lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts with his wife and daughter. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Perkins School for the Blind.
Suresh joins Model N with over 25 years of combined experience in product development, product management and general management. He is an accomplished executive with deep engineering expertise but is also well rounded with experience managing professional services, customer support and sales. Suresh brings a unique depth of knowledge in the life sciences software space and is adept at managing product portfolios at varying levels of technical maturity.
Suresh began his career at IBM before his time at Oracle in progressive software development leadership roles. He then led Engineering and Product Management at DecisionView prior to its acquisition by IMS Health. As VP of Product Development at IMS Health, Suresh was responsible for a growing technology product set and built solutions around drug trial protocol, cost forecasting, pricing and optimization of the entire clinical development process while scaling his team to hundreds of employees globally. During this time, Suresh has led multiple acquisitions and played a key role in the merger of IMS and Quintiles. In 2017, Suresh moved into a GM role at the rebranded entity, IQVIA, where he created and led the Content Management Solutions business across product management, engineering, product marketing, professional services, sales and support.
Ratan leads the ML solutions architecture and data science group dedicated to healthcare and life sciences at AWS, where he has helped numerous Global Fortune 500 organizations meet their innovation objectives through ML and GenAI adoption. His work includes applying ML and GenAI to real-world industry challenges, such as medical imaging, unstructured clinical text, geonomics, precision medicine, clinical trials, and quality of care improvement. His work has been published in various forums and has been featured at multiple regional and international conferences, spanning both academia and industry. Ratan’s insights have been featured in peer-reviewed publications and technical blogs, and he is the author of the book, “Applied Machine Learning for Healthcare and Life Sciences Using AWS”.
Kunal boasts over 15 years of consulting experience in the Life Sciences industry, having worked with clients such as J&J, Viatris, Allergan, Amgen, Takeda, Baxter, Genentech, Pfizer, Sanofi, and more. His expertise lies in commercial contracting, spanning from Payers to Wholesalers to Providers, including federal programs. Kunal has delivered presentations on 340B, outcomes-based contracting, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Jeff is Director of Product Management for Model N’s Life Sciences Commercial Solutions. In this role, Jeff is responsible for driving product direction in support of pharma commercial products, including Payer Management; Validata, including 340B Vigilance; Formulary Compliance; and related product analytics. Prior to joining Model N nearly 10 years ago, Jeff spent 20 years at Merck & Co., Inc. where he spent a majority of his tenure in positions of increasing responsibility within their contract operations team, ultimately leading the Health Plan/PBM team. Jeff has been an active NCPDP member for 19 years and a Task Group Lead for many years where he has authored and driven many data standard changes within the Manufacturer Rebates workgroup.
Kristan joined Model N in early 2016 and is a Principal Education Consultant and Trainer at Model N. Prior to her current role, she was Sr. Business Consultant. Kristan has vast experience in Pharma, Life Sciences and Medical Device industries and has worked directly with customers and strategic partners through all phases of the implementation lifecycle while providing a dependable link between business users, key stakeholders, strategic partners, and project management regarding software functionality throughout the development cycle. As a trainer in Ed Svcs, Kristan is the primary lead for Powered by FLEX training engagements for clients in both live settings and blended approaches for learning. In addition to being a hands-on trainer, she also creates and develops training curriculums and learning paths for customers who utilize our Learning Library.
Anna is a Product Manager at Model N with a focus on Government Pricing in the PbN application. Working for or with pharma manufacturers for nearly 20 years, Anna has established herself as a trusted advisor with experience in order management, commercial contracting, government pricing and compliance, 340B, and now IRA. Always seeking new opportunities for growth, Anna joined the Product Management team at Model N in 2021. This move allowed her to leverage the knowledge and experience gained throughout her career while learning new facets of the business. Outside of work, Anna enjoys camping and hiking with her husband and 2 sons and driving the boys around the Lehigh Valley and beyond to watch their soccer teams compete.
Donald Barlow is a 24 year veteran of the Semiconductor Industry with experience that spans the areas of engineering, production, marketing, sales and operations. Donald joined Model N in 2021 as a Solutions Consultant to help advise new Model N customers of the benefits and results they can achieve in Revenue Management through the use of Model N.

Kathleen Dynan Black, MBA, Director, Government Strategy & Operations, Pfizer, has 30 years of pharmaceutical manufacturer experience in federal and state healthcare programs, including 340B Drug Pricing Program and Medicaid Drug Rebate Program. Kathleen has developed and executed methodology assumptions, policies, trainings, and procedures in support of government pricing programs, contracting, reporting, and compliance. Most recently Kathleen’s focus is on Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) operational issues and implementation challenges including 340B discounts deduplication and Maximum Fair Price (MFP) effectuation.

Renowned within the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries, Veerendra excels in comprehensive technical implementation. His extensive experience encompasses managing large-scale projects, providing leadership and support to cross-functional teams, and devising effective solutions to complex challenges.

Over the years, he has built both technical and business acumen as he’s done everything from building partner portals himself to strategizing how to solve partnership problems through technology with hundreds of companies. He’s also the host of Impartner’s popular MasterClass series, in which he talks about the latest trends and tech in channel partner ecosystems.
Celine is an Associate Product Manager at Model N. While she works primarily on the Validata application, she actively contributes to Model N’s IRA task force, helping ensure that the company’s solutions adhere to regulatory compliance standards. Drawing on her product design expertise, Celine has also supported modernization efforts across the Model N product suite, improving user experiences and driving innovation. Michele Coughran spent 30+ years managing Sales Operations in the Semiconductor industry before coming to Model N. She supported Opportunity to Cash business processes alongside Channel Management from Registration to Claim, Stock Rotation and Price Protection, executive reporting and sales commission. For the past eight years she has been at Model N implementing the High Tech suite of products bringing her in depth knowledge and best practices to many of our customers.
Ruchita is a systems and data leader with expertise in channel data management, supply chain intelligence and enterprise platforms integration. Currently a Manager of Systems and Intelligence at Sonos, she has led programs that optimize data flows and deliver real time analytics about retail partner data. With a Masters degree in analytics and management from Dartmouth College and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Ruchita blends technical rigor with strategic objectives. Ruchita manages an early-career systems engineering and BI specialists team at Sonos that focuses on foundational skills in database architectures, analytics and enabling smarter, faster decision-making across operations and product development using data and automation. Brett DiNatale is the Vice President of Life Science Product Strategy and Management at Model N. Through his 20+ years in life science analytics, Brett’s work has focused on leading teams in forecasting, analytic consulting, data science, and analytic product development. Brett brings this expertise to Model N with responsibility for building the long-term product strategy and roadmap as well as guiding the development of new, analytical offerings. With a deep background in market access, commercialization, and both pre- and post-launch analytic needs, Brett strives to help clients optimize not just their Revenue Management business, but how data enables their strategic decision making overall. Prior to Model N, Brett was SVP, Head of Commercial Analytic Solutions at Precision Medicine Group.
With a decade of experience in education and curriculum development, Jackie Dondero transitioned into the corporate world by joining Model N’s Education Services as an Education Consultant. Upon joining the Education Services team, Jackie immersed themselves in all things Validata, delivering stellar training to customers and becoming a subject matter expert in the span of a few months. Jackie played a pivotal role in updating existing materials, and creating new training and activities for Validata’s Fall ‘23 release along with the various submodules. In developing the Validata certification, Jackie utilized their extensive experience of creating various forms of assessments across a broad range of subjects to ensure a well rounded and robust learning experience for all participants.
Todd Ebersviller is the SVP of Global Cloud and Technology Services at Model N. He has many years of leading SaaS, cloud, and enterprise software companies including at companies such as Jamf, LivePerson, and Amazon Web Services.
Ruven is a Principal and Chief Commercial Officer at Marbls based out of Switzerland and has worked more than 17 years in Life Sciences in European and International markets with a primary focus in Pricing, Contracting, Tendering and Commercial Excellence. Ruven began his early career working in industry for Top 5 pharmaceutical manufacturers in tendering, contracting, and commercial effectiveness, from local to global roles. After which, Ruven joined HighPoint Solutions where he started and led consulting services in Europe for Global Pricing, Contracting and Tender Management. Ruven was responsible for developing teams, creating solutions, business development and project oversight as well as delivering services across clients from pharma, medical device to biosimilar & generic manufacturers. In addition, he was responsible for managing the international partnerships and Thought Leadership initiatives. Throughout the acquisition by IQVIA, Ruven became in charge of the legacy European HighPoint team. Ruven’s focus continues in Global Pricing, Contracting & Tender Management and Commercial Excellence, as well as the Commercial Strategy of Marbls.
Matt is responsible for strategy and execution of all aspects of education for the Model N customer and partner communities, including in-app experience with Ngage. We deliver the learning solutions that enable our customers to achieve their goals across their entire journey with us.
Starting his career in Major League Baseball for the league office in New York and professional teams in Miami and San Diego, Peter ultimately found his way to Penn State University where he found his love of data, programming, and consulting. This led to a decade long stint at IBM where he worked with drug reviewers at the FDA to help determine the safety and efficacy of new drugs, highlighted by his work with the teams responsible for the review of COVID-19 vaccines during the coronavirus pandemic. In 2022, Peter joined Berkely Research Group as a member of the 340B practice and has been responsible for an assortment of projects ranging from contract pharmacy policy implementation to his current role where he is responsible for the implementation of the Credit Model and the effectuation of MFP for drug manufacturers leveraging the Beacon platform.
Tony has been with Model N since 2008 and is now the Associate Director, Product Management managing the Flex GP/DRM, Platform and Provider applications. Prior to his current role, he was a member of the Model N’s Regulatory practice within the Center of Excellence (COE) and has led multiple implementations of Model N for some of the biggest pharma and MedTech manufacturers.
Prabhu Gorikapudi is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in Enterprise Product Development and Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS), complemented by more than 7 years of specialized expertise in managing SaaS Operations and Cloud Operations. Based in San Mateo, Prabhu possesses a wealth of knowledge in managing Life Sciences applications on the cloud.

Ankur is a seasoned product management leader, with total 20 years of experience in driving growth of enterprise SaaS based Revenue Management products at Model N (10 years) and Cloud Management product suite at Oracle (6 years). In his current role at Model N, he focusses on strategy, planning and execution of High-Tech product line.
Bernard has been at Model N for over 13 years, and is currently the Vice President of Global Solutions Consulting at Model N. He and his team works closely with Model N customers and prospects to understand their business requirements and map Model N’s value proposition to their business. Prior to joining Model N, Bernard worked in leadership roles at JDA Software, Signal Demand, DemandTec and Blue Martini software. Bernard has a BS in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from Santa Clara University.

Casey Hibbs is Senior Director of Data Strategy and Operations and joined Model N in May 2022. Casey brings 17 years of experience in healthcare data as a strategy, go-to-market and offering development leader. Prior to joining Model N, she spent 4 years at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, driving the strategic provider data portfolio. Earlier in her career, she spent over 10 years at IQVIA in roles of increasing responsibility, including offering management, consulting, and client services. Casey is passionate about bringing high-value data driven solutions to customers to be able to make more informed business decisions. In her free time, you can find her cooking for family and friends or exploring the Lehigh valley where she lives with her 3 children and husband.
Imelda Ko has over 8 years of consulting experience across the Life Sciences industry, serving clients including: Gilead, Baxalta, Shire, AstraZeneca, Sanofi-Aventis, Novartis and J&J subsidiaries. Imelda has advised and partnered with clients on gross to net assessments and operational best practices, gross to net forecasting/accruals/close automation solution implementations, pharmaceutical contracting/pricing/market access strategies, revenue management solution implementations (such as Model N Flex), and Government Pricing calculations via BPO support.
I have over seven years of association with Model N, where I currently hold the position of Senior Product Manager, focusing on revenue management from the payer perspective. My expertise encompasses Payer Management, Formulary Compliance and RTS. Responsible for gathering cross-functional requirements from diverse internal stakeholders, conducting market research to identify customer needs, and meticulously overseeing the product development process. Collaborated extensively with customers and partners throughout all project implementation phases, acting as a reliable liaison between business users, key stakeholders, to ensure software functionality met requirements.
An industry veteran with over twenty years of experience, Manish is currently responsible for Product Management of Revenue Management, Platform and Intelligence Cloud solutions. In addition, Manish is involved in product roadmap, strategy, development, sales enablement, and all go-to market related activities for Model N’s Commercial offerings.
Michelle is a dynamic pharmaceutical executive with over thirty years’ experience in establishing and leading innovative market access solutions and teams to deliver on brand revenue and profit targets. She has worked in both large and small organizations building strategic access, pricing, contracting and reimbursement plans across product life cycles from launch to loss of exclusivity. She has extensive knowledge of payers, the changing market access environment and has a deep understanding of various reimbursement models, having worked across products which use both medical and/or pharmacy benefit designs. She has built strategic partnerships with customers and co-promote partners to drive profitable access.
I have worked at Astellas for the past 18 years within the Government Pricing and Contracting realm. In my time at Astellas I have played an integral role in navigating the complexities of government pricing and contracting. In 2006, we implemented the Model N Revenue Management system and I have been able to see our relationship grow both professionally and personally over the years which I am grateful for. Along with my day job, I am also very involved in our DEI initiatives mainly around Mental Health which includes starting an Emotional Wellbeing Support Group where people can bring their authentic selves and have honest and open conversations with fellow peers. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, walking our two puppies, playing tennis and basketball, and vacationing.
Carl has been with Model N for over 9 years working directly with both MedTech and Pharmaceutical customers. He focuses on all things around data, analytics, and reporting. He understands the importance of accurate data and timely insights to drive critical decisions that will improve top-line results. Not only focused on US Data, but also the global prospective, how companies are pulling it all together to incorporate better Ex-US Tender pricing and competitive information across a large spectrum of countries, markets, and businesses.
Lance Maish is a Senior Director of Commercial Contracts & Analytics at Edwards Lifesciences. With over 18 years of experience at Edwards, Lance leads teams responsible for commercial contracting, pricing analytics, deal management, and group purchasing organization and distribution operations. His teams are passionate about delivering analytical insights, innovating pricing solutions, and contract management expertise to execute Edwards’ commercial sales initiatives while accelerating patient access to Edwards’ life saving technologies. Before joining Edwards, Lance practiced law representing health care organizations and professionals in facility and professional licensing, Medicare and Medicaid certification/reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and business transactions.
With nearly 25 years in Life Sciences, I have extensive experience supporting pharmaceutical companies across departments and functions including Managed Markets, Trade & Chargebacks, Commercial Contracting, GP, Gross-to-Net forecasting & accruals, Data Analytics, Regulatory Audits & Investigations, and even Sales, Marketing, and IT. In my career, I have been both a customer and partner of Model N – in addition to being an employee – giving me unique perspective to understand our customers’ needs, and pride myself on consistently earning the role of trusted partner to my customers and colleagues.
Jesse Mendelsohn has been with Model N since 2005 and is the Sr. Vice President of Model N’s Center of Excellence (COE) where he manages all of Model N’s business and technical analysts in the United States. In his former position as the regulatory lead, he was in charge of best practices, implementation methodology, and support of all regulatory applications including Government Pricing, Medicaid, FSS Compliance, and Discount Reallocation. Having been a part of nearly every regulatory implementation, he has deep experience in the regulatory industry and speaks regularly at national conferences on issues of regulatory compliance. Mendelsohn holds a B.S. in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.S. in Information Management and Systems from UC Berkeley.
Brian has responsibility to proactively monitor drug pricing reform issues – including legislative, regulatory and administrative actions at the federal and state level – that could impact strategic and business outcomes for McKesson and their customers, partners and other industry stakeholders in the U.S. pharmaceutical value chain. In addition, Brian assesses financial implications for McKesson, and develops strategies and operational solutions to manage risk and drive business value, harnessing the breadth and depth of enterprise assets and capabilities. Brian has been with McKesson for 2 years and has 20 years of pharmaceutical manufacturer experience in government pricing and policy at J&J and AstraZeneca.
Jeet has 25 years of global experience in strategy, analytics, pricing, and marketing. He serves as Holden Advisors’ head of pricing, designing initiatives with executives for breakout profitability growth and overseeing project teams to work collaboratively with clients to improve their market position. Jeet is also a regular presenter and keynote speaker, and coaches executives from FORTUNE 100 companies to startup founders. He specializes in hardware and software pricing with a B2B focus and published Pricing with Confidence: 10 Rules for Increasing Profits and Staying Ahead of Inflation with co-author Reed Holden. Jeet is an Edelman Laureate recipient for his work in business analytics and optimization within distribution. He holds an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and has worked with clients in manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and technology sectors.
John M. O’Brien, PharmD, MPH, is President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Pharmaceutical Council (NPC), which serves patients and society with policy-relevant research on the value of patient access to innovative medicines and the importance of scientific advancement. We envision a world where advances in medicine are accessible to patients, valued by society, and sustainably reimbursed by payers to ensure continued innovation. Dr. O’Brien’s experience spanning the private sector, academia, and government gives him a unique perspective on the business risk of public policy. Prior to joining NPC, Dr. O’Brien was senior advisor to the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and deputy assistant secretary of planning and evaluation (health policy) during the previous Trump administration. He has also held senior roles in the life sciences and managed care industries, was a career official at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and served as a health policy fellow in the U.S. Senate. Dr. O’Brien earned his doctorate in pharmacy at Nova Southeastern University, his master’s degree in public health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, studied pharmacy and public policy at the University of Florida and is a graduate of the AHIP-Kellogg Certified Health Insurance Executive program.
Mallory O’Connor is Executive Director of Public Policy at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, a global producer of specialty pharmaceutical products and therapies, where she leads the policy function covering state and federal issues for the organization. Prior to joining Mallinckrodt, Mallory worked as Director of Healthcare Policy and Federal Programs at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization where she directs the association’s policy efforts across the Medicare program. Previously, Mallory was a part of the Government and Public Affairs team at Grifols, a global biopharmaceutical company, managing federal and state government affairs and policy activities, as well as patient advocacy. Mallory also worked at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on implementation of the Affordable Care Act and conducted vaccine policy research at the George Washington University. She has a long history of involvement in the hemophilia community and leads the Arizona State University Alumni Chapter in the DC, as well as participating in volunteer activities with animal rescue organizations. Mallory holds a Master’s in Public Health Policy from the George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University.
Caitlyn Ozier is an FDA & Life Sciences attorney at King & Spalding based in Austin, TX. Caitlyn regularly counsels pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies on a range of regulatory and compliance matters that impact their sales, marketing, and pricing activities. She has specific expertise counseling life sciences companies on federal and state drug pricing laws, such as the Inflation Reduction Act, as well as state drug price transparency, prescription drug affordability board, and price gouging laws.
Malcolm Penn has over 60 years of experience in the semiconductor and electronics industry, covering all aspects, including business development, management, manufacturing, marketing, and design. He is the founder and CEO of Future Horizons, a leading global semiconductor industry consultancy with a combined 260 years of industry expertise. Founded in 1989, Future Horizons provides a comprehensive range of strategic, Board-level industry and investment advisory services. The company prides itself on its integrity, rigorous methodology, and commitment to delivering accurate and actionable insights. Before establishing Future Horizons, Mr. Penn served as Vice President and Director of European Operations for Gartner Dataquest, where he led the establishment of its European research division. Earlier in his career, he was Manager of Component Engineering for ITT Europe and held various operations and marketing management roles within the global ITT Semiconductor Group.

As a Senior Director in Sales Operations at NXP Semiconductors, Ram has global responsibility for pricing operations, order management, customer master, e-Commerce, revenue management via Model N and compliance. He has had a versatile career in product, process and program management leader with extensive experience leading consumer and commercial hardware, software, manufacturing, supply chain, sales operations and quality engineering teams. Ram lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, 2 children, 2 dogs and a cat. His hobbies include cooking, drumming and playing percussion instruments.
Eric Schneider is the Director of Operations and Digital at Micro Commercial Components (MCC). With over 20 years in digital transformation leadership, Eric has a robust background in sales operation management, IT operations management, project leadership for digital transformation, customer service, and account management. His expertise extends to systems analysis, process design, IT strategy, and data architecture strategy. Eric is known for his creative problem-solving skills, team-oriented approach, and results-driven mindset. He is budget-conscious and adept at multi-tasking, making him an asset to any team. Eric holds a B.S. degree in Business Information Systems. Outside of work, he enjoys camping with friends and family, Christmas time, and kids extracurricular activities!

He has successfully led Revenue Management implementation and upgrade projects for major clients such as Baxter, Novartis, Boston Scientific, Novo Nordisk, Johnson & Johnson, Mallinckrodt, Astellas, and Corning. Foram has built a strong reputation within the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries excelling in project execution. He possesses considerable experience in managing large-scale projects, providing leadership and support to cross-functional teams, and developing effective solutions to complex problems.
John Shakow focuses on complex regulatory, commercial, investigation, and litigation issues related to pharmaceutical government pricing and price reporting. A Chambers-ranked partner in King & Spalding’s FDA and Life Sciences practice and co-chair of the firm’s Life Sciences & Healthcare Industry Group, John represents drug manufacturers in every facet of government drug payor program compliance and liability mitigation. He has counseled manufacturer clients on their rights and obligations under the Medicaid, 340B, Medicare, Federal Supply Schedule, and TRICARE programs for over 27 years.
Product Manager for Government Cloud (or Regulatory) suite of products, with specific focus on GP, DRM and FSS. Over the span of 12 years, I’ve shipped many enhancements to the product (both Powered by N and Flex platforms) to make sure our customers stay compliant with regulations and derive the greatest value from the product.
Todd has been with Model N for over 26 years serving in various sales and sales management roles. At Model N, he helps Medical Device and Pharmaceutical companies grow their Top Line Revenues while significantly reducing revenue leakage. Prior to Model N Todd spent 12 years in the Medical Device industry with Medtronic and Johnson & Johnson in sales, sales management, and national accounts roles. He holds a BA in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte and an MBA from McColl School at Queens University.
Dina Simon is the Senior Director of Education Services responsible for all training for Powered by N Life Science products. She has been with Model N for 15 years, working with pharma and medtech customers of all sizes from across the globe. She manages a team of instructors providing self-paced online and live instructor-led training classes. Session types include out of the box vs. customized, train-the-trainer, delta and refresher training, and the audiences range from project team to end user.
Steve is a Principal Solutions Consultant at Model N and has been with Model N since 1999. He works with customers to understand their Revenue Management challenges and maps them to Model N solutions.

Ivy Sun Associate Director, Business Services for Gross-to-Net. Ivy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role: she is an inactive CPA and CMA, with over a decade of experience in corporate accounting and financial analysis within the life science industry. She’s responsible for supporting our Model N business services clients in all aspects of Gross-to-Net, including assessing the financial impact of IRA.

He has specialization in Managed markets (Regulatory–Medicaid & Government Pricing, Revenue Management) and commercial business functions. His expertise spans a diverse range of COTS products, Cloud platforms, and service models, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape and enabling success for global customers. He has expertise in delivering digital transformation programs for various LS clients. He is currently playing SVP & Global Business Unit Head role for Digital BU – Industries & Technologies in SRM Technologies.
Shine Thomas is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He currently serves as the Director of Pricing Decision Platform at Novartis, where he manages the Global Price Management Platform, PricePRO. Through this platform, pricing strategy and governance are effectively implemented and documented. Shine’s expertise spans multiple domains, including Insights and Forecasting in Oncology and General Medicine, Access and Pricing Analytics, and Disease Area Strategy. He has led various projects in strategic planning and portfolio prioritization and is currently spearheading the use of AI in pricing analytics.
Aliese joined Model N in 2012 and has spent her 11+ years as a Flex GP and DRM Consultant and SME across multiple customer projects as well as internally. She has experience and expertise in Requirement Analysis, Design Development and Documentation, Configuration, Testing, and Training. In addition to working directly with customers and partners through all phases of the implementation lifecycle, Aliese uses her expertise to support several departments within Model N including Sales, Product Development, Product Management, Project Management, Support, and Education.
